6.5 percent since February 2023
Repo rate is not expected to be shared by the bank, rate has remained at 6.5 percent since February 2023. Recently, in a statement issued by the Finance Ministry, it has been said that Ram Singh, Saugata Bhattacharya and Nagesh Kumar have been appointed as new external members of the MPC.
In past 9 repo rate there will no relaxation given to customers due to this home loan rates will be continously increasing and peoples will be waiting to see the relaxation in the repo rate or home loan rates.
